Benjah “fly away” music video 18 May 2010

main youtube version

Benjah, a christian artist, wrote this song about the perplexities of modern dating. After getting a lyric breakdown (cuz I don’t speak Rasta), I wrote the treatment around Dillavou being Benjah’s subconscious. Always in his ear, being the voice of reason in his life yet his presence is unseen by Benjah. The story line follows the path of his conviction.

The look I was shooting for was raw, un-american feel.  We wanted the video to have a tropic look without the overdone beach scene. For the tiny budget I think it turned out pretty well.Huge thanks to all those who helped.
